The PTP masterclass will cover all aspects of setting up and managing a PTP project. It is designed for Local Authorities who are considering PTP projects in the near future and topics will include:
- Choosing your target audience
- Setting up management systems
- Recruiting and training the team
- Getting the best from the intervention
- Understanding behaviour change
- Evaluating and monitoring
- Creating a legacy
The day will be facilitated by Steer Davies Gleave's Personal Travel Planning team and led by Lisa Buchanan who has been involved with the delivery of more than 30 PTP projects in the UK and overseas. Lisa was part of the DfT Steering Group overseeing research and the production of guidance on Making PTP Work. Lisa will share her extensive experience to help Local Authority Officers get the best out of their PTP projects.
This one day workshop is free of charge to Local Authorities. Lunch will be provided.
